A longtime top producing agent, Misty Cochren’s success is powered by providing unparalleled high-touch service, remaining reachable at all times, and utilizing data-driven marketing that sells homes quickly and for more money. For seven years straight, Misty was recognized for leading a Top Sales in Volume and Sales Team, and from 2019 to 2021, her team repeatedly clutched a Top Performing Group in Sales and Volume award from one of the largest brokerage firms in the world. She’s even been on the covers of Real Producers and Executive Agent magazines.
 
At the age of 17, Misty entered the real estate industry through property management and quickly worked her way up to managing over 500 units. She gained extensive experience helping renters find homes, which has proven invaluable to her current career as a top-performing agent. Misty now works alongside her husband, Stephen, and a strong team of real estate professionals.
 
Misty prides herself on saving clients time and money. Her goal is to make the process seamless by taking the time to understand her clients’ needs and explain the process step by step. She even goes as far as hand-delivering a stress box and candy and gifts once the process starts to help with any nerves. Her compassion, generosity, and passionate work ethic do the rest.
 
Having lived in the Lake Elsinore area for over a decade, Misty specializes in Riverside County real estate, specifically Lake Elsinore, Canyon Lake, Menifee, Murrieta, and Corona, plus Los Angeles and San Bernardino counties. Misty understands that buying and selling real estate involves making some of life’s most significant decisions. For this reason, Misty utilizes her wide-ranging knowledge to help clients make choices that elevate their lifestyles and build wealth.
 
Outside of real estate, you’ll find Misty and her husband spending quality time with their four boys at sporting events or watching movies. The family volunteers for numerous charitable organizations and is always searching for new ways to serve their community.
